[This Week in Tazz][Sunday, May 19, 2002]

-Tazz on Smackdown-
Every week Tazz is on Smackdown. This week Tazz was behind the desk once again as well as in the ring - In the ring announcing a swimsuit competition, that is! At first Tazz introduced Stacy Keibler and then her opponent, Torri Wilson. Tazz then went over the traditional swimsuit rules. As Torri was about to unveil her body, Tajiri ran own to the ring and covered her. After Tajiri left with Torri, Stacy announced herself the winner. That was until Trish enter the contest, forgetting her swimsuit, but remembering her bra and panties! Stacy attempted to attack Trish, but Trish gave Stacy a swift kick to the gut and sent her flying to the outside landing on "upper legs." Tazz then announced a half-naked Trish the winner and exited the ring. Before and after the competiton, Tazz did another excellent job on the headset this week.

-Tazz House Show Matches-
It was falsely reported on some wrestling information sites that Tazz would wrestle in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida against D-Von and then again in Lowell, Massachusetts along with Edge against Chris Jericho & Kurt Angle. These matches never happened.

In Wheeling, West Virginia on May 1, 2002 Tazz defeated D-Von a match after D-Von verbally ripped the crowd. Then, in Quebec City, Quebec on May 11th, 2002 Tazz again defeated D-Von after using the dreaded Tazzmission maneuver.

-Tazz on eBay-
The All Access Formal Event Worn Tazz card is still very popular amongst eBay buyers and sellers. Once they're gone they're gone. Only so many were made, so you should get them NOW. Along with those cards, the Tazz Foils that were randomly inserted into the card series, RAW Deal, are available but fading fast.

A new item on eBay is three Taz videos where the seller has combined them to make one. In 1997, Taz made three tapes that show the viewers TAKEDOWNS, SUBMISSIONS, AND CONDITIONING. Normally you would have to buy three different videos for each session at a retail value of $20 each on RFvideo.com. But on eBay the seller combined these three videos on one tape and the bidding starts at $13.99. Each video is one hour. This means that you will bid on a three hour tape. I already secured my victory and I have purchased a copy for myself. Look for my reviews soon.

Another item that has become popular as of late is the most recent Tazz figure from the series Royal Rumble. The figure comes with a tag team belt and the lowest bids are currently $9.88. Alot cheaper than the $14.99 price that the offical site charges.

-Tazz Merchandise-
Since the last time the newz on Tazz's merchandise was reported, the Orange Survive shirt has been all over the place including the nymber one position to the point where it's not even on the top 5 list anymore. The shirt however is still available for the same low price. And the Thug Superstar is still available for $25.00 plus Shipping and Handling.

-Tazz Interesting Fact of the Week-
This week's interesting fact is that Tazz hates internet wrestling fans. Why is that interesting? Well, considering that so many Tazz fans have been made just by the creation of The Tazzmissionist website. I think maybe next time the Brooklyn Bomb should clarify his opposition to which internet wrestling fans.
